What are the most common questions customers ask about your hair bundles and wigs, or about their orders?
Wigs will come in the Standard Size 22.5” (Leave a note with your order if you need a Small/Large cap size.)
What are the most important tips you'd give customers for taking care of their new hair bundles or wigs?
This is premium 100% Remy, Virgin or Raw Human Hair! Treat it with love like you would your own hair. Raw hair tends to need more care and cost a bit more too. It is truly the longest lasting option. Moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Please feel free to text with any questions. 702-900-1025
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the product availability. Typically, orders are processed within processing days business days and then shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Lace And Flow Ships internationally! Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times will vary. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the difference between Remy, Virgin and Raw hair?
Raw hair is the highest quality, completely unprocessed, single-donor hair, lasting 4–5 years. Virgin hair is unprocessed but may come from multiple donors. Remy hair is defined by aligned cuticles to prevent tangling but may be lightly processed or steamed to achieve specific textures.
Key Differences:
- Raw Hair (Top Quality):
- Processing: Zero chemicals or steam, completely natural texture from one donor.
- Longevity: Longest-lasting (4–5 years). Last the longest but does require more care
- Versatility: Best for bleaching and lifting.
- Texture: Mostly available in natural straight/wavy; limited textures.
- Virgin Hair (High Quality):
- Processing: No chemicals, but often processed via steam to create textures like "Body Wave and Pineapple Wave".
- Longevity: High (1–3 years).
- Versatility: Good for dyeing, but less forgiving than raw.
- Remy Hair (Good Quality):
- Processing: Cuticles are kept intact and aligned, but the hair is often chemically processed for color or shine and texture.
- Longevity: Moderate (6–12 months).
- Texture: Consistent, soft, and shiny.
If a customer isn't happy with their purchase, what's your process for returns or exchanges?
All they need to do is contact us via text within 7 days of receiving package. We will refund or exchange unused items in the same condition they were received in. Prior authorization is needed to return. See our return policy page for more details.
What types of hair do you offer?
We specialize in premium 100% Remy, Virgin and Raw Human Hair. Our collections include hair bundles, bulk braiding hair, premium custom lace wigs, and more, all designed for superior quality and longevity.
How many bundles of crochet hair do I need to do a full head?
It normally takes no more than 3 bundles unless you like it super thick then use 4. The part braid in front and crochet in back you can use 2 bundles. Also, be sure to see our human bulk braiding hair.
Can I color or bleach my Velvet Strands hair?
Yes, our 100% Remy, Virgin and Raw Human Hair can be colored or bleached. However, we highly recommend consulting a professional stylist to ensure the best results and maintain the integrity of the hair.
